DIRECTORSHIP AND COORDINATION OF THE WORKS

Definition of the criteria, key requirements and design guidelines. Responsible of the works toward the client, the institutions, the consultants, the contractors and other teams or organizations that will be involved in the process. Coordination and management of the different teams of the organization and of the construction management.

 

PROJECTS AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS

Responsible in the office of the design, procedures, development and production of the project. Control and development of the functional programs and concept design. Design and definition of the materials, building, structural and services systems. Control of the technical project manager on site.
